1. Download & Install iTunes
Go to www.itunes.com in your web browser and download the latest copy of iTunes for your operating system. iTunes is free and is available for both Mac and PC. Once iTunes has finished downloading, go ahead and install it. (Note: iTunes is a music player, but it's also designed to receive podcasts.)
2. Subscribe
Next you'll need to subscribe to our podcast. All you have to do is click here (or the link that says podcast) and iTunes will automatically launch into our podcast page in the iTunes store. You will see our podcast preview image as well as the 10 most recent messages. Click the grey "subscribe" button to sign up for the podcast.

3. Sync
As soon as you've successfully subscribed, the latest message will automatically begin downloading and you will see the previous 9 messages listed (greyed out). Grab some popcorn while the latest message downloads (since file sizes may sometimes be large). After the download is complete, you will be able to click and play it! Enjoy!
