To qualify as a deduction from taxable income, a charitable donation cannot be in payment for goods or services. Therefore, there is generally no basis for a donor to request a refund of a donation. Event registrations may be refunded, and should be requested before the event occurs. Tangible items will be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Neither BCA nor any of its directors, employees, or other representatives will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
