What an Unbelievable Easter Outreach!

I have walked and prayed through the over 100 pages of our Easter Ministry Interest Report.  As I study this Easter report my heart is both elated with commitments made and also heavy with the desperate need of so many in our community to know Christ.  People need Jesus not only for salvation, but to navigate through their relational needs, life choices, and various other challenges.  Would you join me in spending time in prayer for individuals and families in our community who need the Lord?

Over 80 people made spiritual commitments to Jesus this Easter (not counting children).  I have studied the over 100 pages of follow up page by page and person by person.  Many were first time commitments, some were recommitments, and a few more are “considering Christ.”  And this does not count many others who are wanting to grow in Christ by serving, be water baptized, joining groups, etc.  This Easter report represents a new world and Olympic record for us.  I’m also praying for the 2 people who checked D (don’t plan to consider Christ-one even wrote on their card “sorry”. I’m praying for them.)

Our ministry leaders and teams are busy reaching out to many people.  Basic Christian Belief’s strategically kicks off this Wed.  We have small groups ready and waiting for all who will attend.  Men’s, Women’s, Youth, Children, Celebrate Recovery, and more stand ready and waiting to envelop individuals and families into the life and ministry of BCA.  And I need everyone in the BCA family to be commissioned as part of the BCA welcome party.  Look for someone new this week and introduce yourself and show them BCA warmth and friendliness.  If they are new, show them around the building and ministry of Bethany.  Invite them to your small group.  Help them learn about the children’s and youth ministry.  Take it upon yourself to make a difference and help people feel at home.

God is using our church and I can’t thank you enough for your faithful support and ministry and encouragement.

Let’s take the fight to the enemy through prayer and let’s reach out to these precious souls with all that is within us.

God bless and have a superb day.

Jesus reigns,

Rob
