October 2:  Vision Sunday

During both Sunday morning services this weekend, we will focus on VISION! Vision Sunday is the day we will receive our One Day’s Wage to Bless the World offering. Everyone that can is encouraged to give the equivalent of one day’s wage to bless local and global missions. I’m excited to see what God does through us as a church.

Campus Development Plan News!

At our special members meeting our membership voted to complete the last project on our campus development plan:  A new and expanded chapel.  In addition, we will be able to add two new classrooms to benefit our growing children’s and youth ministry.  Additional restrooms will also be a part of this expansion project.  Thank you to our campus development team who has carried this cause through the many projects and phases during these past 7 years.  It has been a miraculous ride and there is...

Fall is here!

Football kicks off this Friday night.  Fall is officially here as far as I am concerned.  School starts, routine returns, and summer is now in the rear view mirror.  Fall is an exciting time at BCA.  Children’s, youth and adult ministry program move into high gear.  New groups begin.  We kick off a new teaching series on Sept 11 highlighting our 30 Day Challenge.  Make plans now to Take the Challenge and climb with Christ to a new spiritual place.  All of us can grow and become more like...

Around the World in 8 Days

A big thanks to everyone who participated in this years’ Coram Deo, our annual student summer camp, by either volunteering or helping sponsor a student (we sent 27 kids!) to come experience what TrueLife is all about! Our 2010 Seniors in Disneyland

This past week we had the opportunity to take 10 students from this years graduating class down to California.  We started our adventure with an 18 hour van ride, which was full of some crazy moments singing along to favorite Disney songs, playing I-Spy, listening to tone deaf Chris Perry try to sing a Miley Cyrus song, and watching movies.  Once we arrived to our hotel we hit the pool for the afternoon and then headed to Downtown Disney to watch Toy Story 3.  The following day we woke up...

Successful Youth Choir Weekend

True Life Choir Tour was a huge success! We had an incredible weekend praying for grown men to accept Christ at the Everett Gospel Mission, encouraging the youth ministry in Othello with an out door concert, worshiping with the Bethel Assembly in Othello Sunday morning, and ministering to the youth in Pasco. Our students stepped up and lead with maturity and passion in every service. It was encouraging to see so many of them praying for people.
