Ephesians 3:20 [LB]--God is able to do far more than anything we would ever dare to ask or even dream of, infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts or hopes. 

Matthew 6:34 [NIV]--Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Characteristics of a Godly Dream 

1. Inspired by God 

2. Recognized and affirmed 

3. Larger than life 

4. Met with opposition 

5. Benefits others 

6. Futuristic timeline 

7. Faithfulness required 

Dream Derailers: 

• Bitterness 

• Immorality 

• Discouragement 

Small Group Discussion Questions: 

1. What is a dream you have had or have now? 
2. Review the points and Bible verses from this lesson. 
   What personal application can you make from this week's teaching? 
3. As you consider God's purposes, what do you feel He is calling you to do and be? 
4. Take some time right now to pray for the needs of those in your small group.
